You have seen on many sites, the people "ads by Goooooogle", followed by a number of ads. Well go to Google yourself and you'll see on the right, and sometimes near the top of search results pages, "Sponsored Links". This is like the classified ads you see in your daily newspaper. Companies pay for their ads will appear in this place, depending on which search terms you typed into the Google search box. Rather than a fixed price even though, advertisers bid against each other to display their ads, with the highest bidder, get the number 1 slot. This program is called "Google Adwords".

While that proved a huge success, the limited advertisers to have their ads can only be seen on Google. Then Google came up with the idea of a web site owner pays a percentage of their fees paid by advertisers, to display ads on their own sites. This became "a Google AdSense" program.

Free to join, this program has become a popular way to add new revenue streams, but more than that, some website publishers began to build a special website for this Google program. Once you've identified your topic, and you know the keywords you will target the entire content on the Web site, you are ready to build your site.
